Contour Elite and the LakeMaster chip seem to be insync for TX/OK.īelieve me there is a big diffeence between Contour Elite and Navionics PC App. Thank's for the reply but the Lowrance unit was new June 2016 and the C-Map max-n+ is a micro card and bought at the same time so can't see that its an old format.
Confusing but I think all the lakes are there now. My disk has version 1.1 but my box just has version 1 on it and the "About" screen just show v x.1. Lowrance’s Elite FS 7 all season pack makes viewing detailed maps and fishing easy anytime of the year.

They don't seem to be advertising it except that that LakeMaster offers an upgrade for current version 1 owners on their website.Ī quick way to find out is to check for Lake Lavon in your lake list. I ordered my copy from the website to make certain that I got the additional maps and they sent me the old version 1 disk. Check out the lake list for Contour Elite on and see if your lake is on the list now. SPS and Lakemaster have a Version 1.1 out that has more lakes on it than version 1. There are many maps downloaders available on the market, and GMapCatcher is one of them that provide you the ability to download maps from a variety of web mapping sites such as CloudMade, OpenStreetMap, Yahoo Maps, Bing Maps, Nokia Maps, and SkyVector.More importantly, it allows user to download the maps for offline viewing. I think they have all the lakes from the version 2 chip on Contour Elite now.
